Telemetry RN Contract Details:

• $1,746
• $1,924 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• NOC shiftavailable
• Consult and coordinate with facility health care teammembers to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Maintain qualifications and skills of a Medical SurgicalTelemetry RN as confirmed by completion of the Skills Checklist andverified by the contracting clinical manager. Successfully completethe unit-specific orientation and competency skills checklistwithin the first 3 shifts. Maintain competency verificationprograms in accordance with unit, WRNMMC, and TJC guidelines.
• Knowledge of telemetry system/ECG monitoring and ability to placeECG electrodes, observe, gather, initiate, compile, and recordtelemetry data to interpret EKG rhythm. Communicate cardiac rhythmchanges and information on monitored patients with physician andinterdisciplinary team
• Obtain, analyze, and post rhythm strips onadmission in patient records per unit protocol or as ordered byphysician. Successfully interpret rhythm strips to include rate(atrial and ventricular), rhythm, PR interval, QRS interval, QTinterval, ectopic beats, and ST segment changes and reportabnormalities to provider
• Estimated weekly payment may includeboth taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing,and incidentals.

• American HeartAssociation BLS
• 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
• Must be a US citizen
