Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with nursing standards and protocols. Assess patient conditions on admission and continuously throughout care. Coordinate care planning with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes. Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, PCAs, and other support staff appropriately. Perform admissions, discharges, documentation, and continuous monitoring. Provide thorough handoffs, participate in shift huddles, and maintain up-to-date EMR records. Apply safety principles in all procedures and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

Current Alabama RN license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start; TN visa support included). Recent acute care (med/surg or related) experience•minimum 2 years required. Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred . BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)•required.

ALS/ACLS

certification•preferred. Proficiency in EMR systems , admissions/discharges, and patient monitoring. For non-native English speakers : TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores required for TN visa eligibility.
