RN In-home care $50/hr, TYRONE GA Ubuntu Caring Hands LLC Tyrone, GA 30290 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting independence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and needs. Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor vital signs to track patient progress. Document medical histories and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Provide urgent care as needed, responding promptly to patient emergencies or changes in condition. Support patients with disabilities by assisting with daily living activities as required. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Knowledge of pediatrics and experience working with children is a plus. Proficiency in medical documentation practices.
