Job:

Delivers care topatients and families with needs ranging from basic to complexutilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caringenvironment for patient and families. Practices in a mannerconsistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practicemodel; the ANA’s Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards ofPractice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics; and relevant specialtystandards of practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Embraces and promoteschange to support optimal patient outcomes and an effectiveprofessional practice environment.
• Involves patient/family ingoal setting and planning, and communicates that plan of care topatient and family for input; and to colleagues to ensure seamlesscare across shifts and settings.
• Utilizes current evidence andrelevant national/specialty standards to guide practice and/orperformance and identifies areas for improvement.
• Demonstratescompetent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making andcritical thinking skills.

Who You Are:

• Graduate of an accreditedschool of nursing. ASN Required with active enrolled in BSNenrollment in a program (signed BSN commitment form needed). BSNPreferred.
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the stateof New Hampshire required or must hold a Compact Nursing License
• Life support authorization (BLS) appropriate to patient populationrequired
• Specialty certification required within six (6) monthsof eligibility

Nights/EOW 7p-7:30a
