36hr night RN, 7:00pm-7:00am, every other weekend androtating holidays. Work where every moment matters. Our main30-bed medical-surgical and telemetry unit is the core of ourdepartment with additional beds for step-down/PCU and orthopedicpatients. We are a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team whoare proud to serve our community.
Position Summary:
A RegisteredNurse who through knowledge and ability utilizes the nursingprocess to develop a plan of care which includes activities to meetthe physical, psych-social, spiritual, cultural, educational anddevelopment needs. Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge ofnursing process and customer service principles. Nationalcertification in specialty preferred. Acute care hospitalexperience preferred. IV skill preferred. Secondary language skillspreferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
: Medical Surgical units and
PCU:
Current BLS certification. Currently certified in ACLS orcompletion within 3 month of employment. PCU training requiredafter 6 months of hire for new graduates; and 3 months of hire forexperienced RN’s, or successful completion of
BKAT. QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess current CT RN licensure or in the process of obtainingthe same and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Wetake great care of careers.
