A sales forceof specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions andsolutions through active selling and compelling visualmerchandising presentations that inspire guests and build thebasket.

Seasonal Service & Engagement:

Advocates of guestexperience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest serviceexpectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.

Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales:

Experts of operations,process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for ourguests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced andsigned on the sales floor. At Target we believe our team membershave meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skillsfor a career. These roles can provide you with the: Knowledge ofguest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest firstculture across the store Experience in retail businessfundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, andprocess efficiency and improvement Experience executingdaily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver onsales goals
