Responsibilities:

Followa designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs Performassigned duties, including administration of medication, woundcare, treatments, and procedures Follow up with, execute, andproperly document doctors’ orders Accurately document observations,interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care managementand services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch padtablet Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A currentlicense as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. Prior home careexperience strongly preferred, but not required. Graduation from anaccredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by schooltranscript or diploma. Solid computer skills; prior experience withelectronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel tocases as assigned.
