Join a fast-paced and well-supported Emergency Department offering: 21 monitored beds 5 psych-safe rooms Additional hall beds to meet patient demand Nurse-to-patient ratio: 4-5 patients per nurse (based on acuity) 24/7 support from physicians, PAs, case managers, social workers, and crisis evaluators ED techs skilled in phlebotomy, EKGs, and patient observation

Role Overview:

As an Emergency Department RN, you will: Provide comprehensive care from triage through discharge Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a wide variety of patients Deliver physical, emotional, psychological, and educational support Work as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team Charge Nurse Responsibilities (if applicable): Coordinate patient flow and staff assignments Communicate effectively with EMS, triage staff, provider teams, and leadership Manage time, resolve conflicts, and keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience

Licensure/Certifications:

Active RN license required; BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred
