Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN)

• PICU is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

This role involves assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, closely monitoring vital signs, and responding rapidly to changes in patient status. The PICU RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care. The ideal candidate is skilled in pediatric critical care, able to work in high-pressure environments, and demonstrates strong clinical judgment, communication, and emotional resilience.

Requirements:
