MDS Coordinator Responsibilities:

Oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment process to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans. Ensure timely and accurate completion of MDS documentation. Monitor reimbursement processes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Educate and support staff on MDS and RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) guidelines.

MDS Coordinator Qualifications:

RN license (state of Pennsylvania). Prior MDS experience in a long-term care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and PDPM regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
