Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan in accordance withpatient’s needs Perform assigned duties, including administrationof medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Follow upwith, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders Accuratelydocument observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining toclient care management and services provided, utilizing astate-of-the-art touch pad tablet Qualifications for a RegisteredNurse (RN): A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA A minimumof one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical)experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but notrequired. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursingprogram, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. Solidcomputer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records(EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
