  Nights, Monday to Friday, 3×12 or 4×12, Rotating weekends Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse

• Telemetry to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center and possess strong clinical skills in medication administration, venipuncture, and patient care. This role involves monitoring patients’ vital signs, administering medications, and providing support to patients with various medical conditions in an inpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities :

Studying patients’ medical history, test results, and treatment plans. Tracking routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements. Monitoring, interpreting, and recording data from specialized medical technologies and equipment. Administering medication and performing treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists. Maintaining and updating ward charts, patient files, and medical records. Collaborating with healthcare specialists and reporting changes and deteriorating conditions. Explaining tests results and procedures to patients and their families, as well as answering questions. Advising patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medicine, home care protocols, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes.

Required qualifications:

Must have Step down experience RN License Covid Vaccine required Registered Nurse; RN;
