Unlock your potential at TridentMedical Center! Job Summary and Qualifications As an AmbulatoryCare RN, you will provide prepare patients for surgery, endoscopy,and interventional procedures. This position also performs Phase IIand III recovery and prepares outpatients for discharge. You willbe responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing,and coordinating a treatment plan and achieving the goals of theAmbulatory Care department. What you will do in this role: You willprovide prompt assessment of patient upon return from OR and/ordiagnostic procedure and document findings. You will provide safenursing care and a safe environment for patients and families. Youwill transcribe and implement physician orders and document allpatient related information. You will administer medication and IVfluids accurately and safely within nursing guidelines. You willupdate/revise plan of care as needed, based on continued assessmentof patient. This includes providing care for patient discharge tonursing unit, including transport. You will effectively respond andperform in an emergency and use critical thinking skills toperceive potential problem situations and intervene to offsetadverse effects. Nursing:
