We partner with our Nurses at Trident Medical Center! Job Summaryand Qualifications The Progressive Care Registered Nursecoordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. Incollaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operativeand post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate forpatients to support an unparalleled patient experience. What youwill do in this role: Assess patient condition during admission andduring each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patientstatus. Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by themedical provider. Document the administration of care in thepatient medical record in a timely and thorough manner. Perform theadministration of prescribed medications and monitors response.

Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment usedin the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.

Whatqualifications you will need:

Associate Degree in Nursing or RNDiploma Required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred Currentlylicensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) ofpractice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance withlaw and regulation required Basic Life Support (BLS) requiredwithin 30 days of employment start date Trident Health is a 445-bedHCA Healthcare hospital system comprised of two acute carehospitals, Trident Medical Center and Summerville Medical Centerand three freestanding emergency departments, Brighton ParkEmergency, Moncks Corner Medical Center and Centre PointeEmergency.
