The pediatric intensive care RNcollaborates with families, physicians, and other healthcareofficials to determine the best course of patient care andrecovery.
• Provide care for children and adolescents, usually upto the age of 18, with life-threatening or high-acuity conditionsthat require constant monitoring.
• Prioritize careful monitoringof patients, and reports regularly to the pediatrician, and familyon the patient’s condition, and what they can expect in recovery.
