Shift:

4×12 Nights or 3×12 7pm-7am, weekdays, every otherweekend, float

Responsibilities:

• Care for pre/post-opcardiovascular and medical cardiac patients
• Manage vascularpatients, amputations, and detox cases
• Perform IV starts,telemetry monitoring, and PCU/IMC-level care
• Handle ostomies,chest tubes, wound vacs, CPAP/BiPAP, central lines, PICCs, andcardiac drips (Heparin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, etc.)
• 1:4 patientratio goal, may stretch to 1:5 with LPN support Requirements
• 2years telemetry or progressive care experience
• BLS required, MABpreferred
• WV or Compact RN license
