Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management, including family planning and health coaching. Monitor patients’ progress, respond to changes in condition, and report findings to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate medical records using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems. Participate in hospital medicine initiatives and coding practices to ensure compliance with regulations. Assist in laboratory procedures as required. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred. Proficiency in IV insertion techniques. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care. Familiarity with coding practices related to nursing documentation. Experience in geriatrics or family planning is advantageous.
