Job Description:

Coordinating the delivery of in-service programs on all shifts, as needed Serving as the Program Instructor for Clinical Training programs Ensuring educational programs meet all current Federal, State and Local regulations and corporate policies Initiating new projects to meet training needs or DOH regulations Developing, presenting, documenting, and providing resource material for educational and training needs and programs for staff Maintaining a resource library of training and educational material Handling other duties, as needed Required Skills 3+ years of experience in an Education / Orientation role Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Respiratory experience preferred (ventilator/trach) TN Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in a Long Term Care setting Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Patient oriented Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized an Equal Opportunity Employer INDRN
