Inpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner Medical Advantage Recruiters Mount Juliet, TN 37121 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team working in an in-patient setting supporting our cardiovascular service line. The schedule is 6:00pm-6:00am (3/12 hour shifts). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and be capable of providing comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. This role involves working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and their families about heart health, disease prevention, and management strategies. The Nurse Practitioner may assist the Cardiac Service Line Physicians with admission of patients, patient rounds, consults, history and physicals, discharges and other duties with their scope of practice. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with ICD-9 coding standards. Participate in case management activities to ensure continuity of care for patients. Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing APRN license in the state of Tennessee Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. BLS, ACLS and DEA New Graduates with Cardiology RN experienced considered The position as a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner with competitive compensation and differential (negotiable depending upon experience). Excellent training and collaborative support for new providers.

• Bi-weekly salary (exempt position) Sign-on bonus of $4,000 (gross) with a two year contract (paid on first payroll)
• Up to $5,000 relocation allowance (contract runs concurrent with sign-on)
• Benefits will be offered and effective after 90 days of employment. Medical and Dental Insurance and 401K are effective on day ninety-one and all other benefits are available the first of the month following your 90th day.
