Patient Service Representative – Baileyville Clinic 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 24 Hospital Lane, Calais, ME 04619 Performs secretarial functions to support the provision of care within the medical practice. Interacts with patients, families and staff member to maximize successful patient outcomes. High School Diploma Proficient in typing, telephone communication, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record. Associate degree from a medical secretary program or 2 years experience in an office setting.
