Role:
The Patient Services Representative is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for patients at Kintegra Family Dentistry. This position is responsible for managing patient registration and billing processes, essential for maintaining accurate patient records and facilitating smooth financial transactions. The representative will serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services, insurance, and billing. By effectively communicating with patients and healthcare providers, the representative helps to foster a welcoming and efficient environment. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to enhance patient satisfaction and support the overall operations of the dental practice.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in patient registration and billing in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical insurance processes. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field. Previous experience in a dental office environment. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
