The Opportunity:
This position is accountablefor the operational direction and management of the RespiratoryCare Services department on a 24 hour basis. This person serves asa positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadershipindependent judgment and decision making skills. The ClinicalManager ensures quality care and service continuity regulatory andaccreditation requirements and personnel management. TheRespiratory Care Manager supports and participates as appropriateinter intra departmental meetings performance improvementactivities continuing education professional growth and developmentactivities and performs other duties as assigned. May be requiredto cover PFT and RT shifts at times depending on census andscheduling constraints. In lieu of the Bachelor s degree we wouldconsider technical school and 10 years experience.
