POSITION SUMMARY

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) isresponsible to provide quality clinical care activities forpediatric patients (birth to 21) within the scope of practice asdefined by the state of Florida and the American Speech Languageand Hearing Association. Works as part of a multidisciplinary teamat the hospital and/or outpatient care centers. Demonstratecompetency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based careand evidenced based practices. Receives clinical review by theRehab Regional Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or Doctoraldegree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
• Certification as a SLP by the American Speech-Language & HearingAssociation (ASHA) within 12 months of employment
• Licensed topractice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida
• Excellent commandof the

English Language Salary Range:

Minimum 36.52 per hour

• Maximum 58.

44 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate withequity and experience for roles of similar scope andresponsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screeningcalls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is heldbetween the candidate and any hiring authority.
