Center for Connecting Kids LLC is dedicated to providing top-tier speech therapy services to individuals of all ages. Our mission is to enhance communication skills and overall quality of life through evidence-based speech and language interventions. We are committed to delivering personalized care in a supportive and engaging environment. We are currently hiring part-time positions, with a strong preference for therapists who are available during after-school hours (approximately 3 PM – 7 PM) between September through June. From June to August there is more flexibility with creating your own schedule. Weekend hours are a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs. Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Educate clients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication skills. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license. Experience working with children and young adult populations (both are a plus). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
