Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center – Trenton, NJ Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary care team. This full-time position plays a vital role in helping residents regain communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic abilities in a supportive skilled nursing environment. Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Active SLP license in the state of New Jersey Commitment to continued professional development
Responsibilities Include:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver quality speech therapy to address communication and swallowing needs Set measurable short- and long-term goals with ongoing updates Educate residents, families, and team members to support carry-over Accurately document services in compliance with CMS guidelines using NetHealth Collaborate on and implement
