Speech Pathologist 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Mechanicsburg, PA Aspirations Early Intervention Agency is seeking PRN/Part-Time PA Licensed Speech Pathologists-CCC to ensure that families have the tools, support, education, and training they need so their young children (birth to 3 years in age) can reach their full potentials. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and reflective provider with an understanding of child development, infant mental health, and a passion for promoting the healthy development of young children and their caregivers. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, EI ST will provide early intervention services and Speech Therapy to infants, toddlers, and young children (0-3yrs) who qualify for EI ST supports/services. Plan and implement Speech Therapy to promote the family’s capacity to care for their child and promote language development in natural environments, including home and community settings. The EI ST will bring expertise to the team in the area of communication, language development and speech. Maintain caseload incorporating researched based intervention activities into daily routines that best facilitate child/family driven goals. Coach parents to learn and follow through with interventions. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and timely. Provide coaching, consultation, training to caregivers.
