Travel Surg Tech – $1,200 to $1,512 per week in Atlanta, GA Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms for surgery bysetting up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and necessaryequipment. Assist surgeons during operative procedures, maintainingaseptic technique at all times. Monitor patients before, during,and after surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort. Handlespecimens and coordinate with pathology/lab departments. Maintainaccurate and timely documentation of procedures, instruments used,and patient records in EPIC (or equivalent system). Sterilize andensure proper functioning of surgical instruments and OR equipment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for case planningand workflow efficiency. Adhere to all hospital protocols,infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., OSHA,AORN).

Requirements:

For OR Techs :

Graduate of an accreditedSurgical Technology program; CST certification preferred.

For RNs :

Active Georgia RN license; BSN preferred. BLS and ACLScertification (required). Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience ina high-acuity hospital setting. Familiarity with general,orthopedic, cardiovascular, neuro, and trauma surgical cases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Level I TraumaCenter. Proficiency in EPIC charting system. Thanks Anuj
