Description:

This position requires a dedicated ultrasoundtechnologist to work in a general radiology setting. The workschedule consists of a block of Sunday through Wednesday nights.

Every other weekend shift will be required. There is a possibilityof floating within department assignments and sister campuses. Callrequirements are variable; availability for nights and weekends maybe needed. Travelers are expected to work major holidays, ifscheduled. If one major holiday falls within the assignment period,the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays occur,the traveler is expected to work both. If three major holidaysoccur, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Compliance is required for a timely start. Candidates must beavailable to complete required items and schedule labs promptly.

References from two supervisory professionals are highly preferred.

Candidates must have been away from the facility for one full yearto return as a traveler. Flexibility regarding other locations,units, and shifts is expected. No holiday time-off requests will beaccepted during the assignment period. Travelers should be preparedto adapt to department needs as required.
