Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist•Echocardiography to perform high-quality echocardiograms for adult patients in a busy hospital-based Cardiology Echo Lab. This role involves working closely with cardiologists and clinical teams to assist in diagnosing and monitoring cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and advanced echocardiographic procedures, including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and color flow studies Acquire accurate, high-quality images for interpretation by cardiologists Document all imaging studies and patient interactions within the EMR Maintain equipment and ensure quality control standards are met Provide compassionate patient care and ensure patient comfort and safety Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards

Requirements:

Active RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) certification BLS certification (current and valid) Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant echocardiography experience Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology acquired via coursework or equivalent clinical experience Proficiency in performing and interpreting echocardiograms
