Racquet Sports Professional 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 1600 Morganton Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374 Join the team at The Country Club of North Carolina and bring your racquet sports expertise to a premier club setting. We’re seeking a Full-Time Racquet Sports Professional to lead tennis and pickleball instruction in a fun, high-level environment. You’ll work with players of all ages and abilities, delivering top-tier lessons, clinics, leagues, and camps that inspire and engage.
What You’ll Do:
Teach and grow tennis and pickleball programs for juniors and adults Lead dynamic lessons and clinics that elevate the member experience Collaborate with staff and members to build a strong racquets community Bring energy, professionalism, and creativity to every session
What We’re Looking For:
Strong playing and teaching skills in tennis and pickleball Great communication, organization, and leadership abilities Ability to manage multiple programs and adapt to club needs Passion for player development and program innovation
