Chocolatier and Fudge Maker Position Available In Broward, Florida

Chocolatier and Fudge Maker Kilwins Chocolates, Fudge & Ice Cream 809 East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 We are a Kilwins franchise and are seeking a part-time fudge maker and a chocolatier/chocolate maker.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Responsible for producing various confections, including fudge, peanut brittle, caramel apples, and chocolate-dipped items, as well as assisting with customer service and maintaining the store’s cleanliness Must be able to follow Kilwins recipes exactly, while following all sanitation regulations. Monitor product quality and expiration dates, rotating stock as needed. Follow our production schedule to assure we don’t have too much, or not enough product. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience dipping chocolate using a Hillard system is preferred, but not required . Serv-Safe certification is preferred, but not required. Prior bakery or dessert preparation experience is a plus—training is provided!
