We’re doing some exciting new things and hiring the talent we need to reach our goals. If you don’t know, we’ve been an artisanal French bakery in Bushwick for a decade. Under new ownership, we’re innovating to bring renewed excitement to our menu. We produce artisanal bread, French viennoiseries, and a small, yet mighty roster of pastries. We sell what we make to both our own café customers and to our growing collection of wholesale clients. We are busy. We value bakers who respect their craft, their fellow bakers, and are willing to learn and grow in a hands-on, innovative, and fast-paced environment. Know your way around a dough sheeter
Can shape croissants with your eyes closed (not that you would, but you could)
