2-4 consistent days/week (16-32 hrs) 1 year bar/ coffee service required.
About Us:
Morning Moose Coffee is a small, family-owned startup known for handcrafted coffee and hot, fresh mini-donuts. We started right here in Richmond, and our original stationary mobile trailer still runs 6 days a week at 467 Main Street—serving as the heart of our business. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented barista to take responsibility for daily operations at this fixed-location trailer.
Position Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on routine, enjoys working independently, and can confidently manage a small coffee trailer day to day. You’ll open and run the trailer, serve customers, manage supplies, and ensure smooth and consistent operations.

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility A detail-oriented mindset and pride in doing things thoroughly Consistency, reliability, and excellent time management Friendly and professional customer service Previous barista or food service experience required
Key Responsibilities:
Open and operate the Richmond trailer on scheduled days Make high-quality coffee and mini-donuts following Morning Moose recipes Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized workspace Communicate supply needs and support restocking Deliver a consistent and friendly customer experience
