Job Summary and Mission:

Experienced barista needed. This position contributes to Connecticut Muffin’s success by providing exceptional customer service to all customers.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Engages and greets each guest with a warm passion for accurately and promptly meeting their needs. Promotes our products by making effective suggestions, in order to meet sales targets and to enhance customer service. Always cheerfully thanking the customer after each visit. Prepares food and drink to company standards. Follows food safety guidelines for all products. Stocking, rotating and merchandising at all times. Performs cleaning operations as directed by store manager and policy. Follows procedures for operational flow of work, reports workflow problems to supervisor. Follows cash handling procedures and policies. Puts every aspect of job training and learning into practice. Meeting all company performance standards. Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Basic qualifications:

Available for immediate hire Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays. Prior experience on working with espresso machine is a plus. Excellent attitude. Great customer service skills and a friendly outgoing personality. Passion for customer service
