As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality drinks and providing excellent service in various settings, including restaurants, fine dining establishments, banquets, and nightclubs. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-stocked. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Assist in the planning and execution of special events or banquets as needed. Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and food safety regulations. Skills Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Strong mathematical skills for managing cash transactions and inventory control. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Experience in banquet service or working in restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of fine dining standards and cocktail preparation techniques. Familiarity with brewing processes for crafting specialty drinks is a plus. Understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations to ensure compliance.
