The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our establishment while promoting a vibrant social environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and fine dining practices to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation techniques, and bar equipment usage. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring guest satisfaction. Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus. Commitment to upholding food safety standards and best practices within the bar area.
