The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for service. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Demonstrate knowledge of various drink recipes, ingredients, and brewing techniques. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or catering environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
