As a Server/Bartender, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our Guests. Reporting to the Management Team, your role involves utilizing core skills such as guest services, food safety, and POS systems to efficiently take orders and serve non-alcoholic beverages. Your premium skills in hospitality and time management will enhance guest interactions, while relevant skills in party preparation and sanitation will maintain high standards. Take and process orders efficiently using POS systems such as Micros. Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with fellow cast members to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. Manage cash register transactions and maintain accurate records. Assist in food and non-alcoholic beverage preparation Maintain cleanliness in dining areas. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
