The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the overall ambiance of the establishment. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, such as Aloha POS or OpenTable. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Stay informed about menu offerings, including specials, to effectively upsell items to guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and food handling. Skills Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred. Proficient in using POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
