The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, located at 455 Grand Bay DrKey Biscayne, FL, 33149 currently has the followingopportunity: Bartender Cioppino 3-Meal Restaurant (150000EP): Complete openingand closing duties including setting up necessary supplies andtools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Checkwith captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift. Set up,stock, and maintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and papersupplies. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables. Maintaincleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, andother tools, following all set-up guidelines. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assistindividuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending,twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time or for an entire work shift. Perform otherreasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
