The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and quality presentation of drinks. Stay informed about drink trends and menu changes, including brewing techniques and food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods in both nightclub and restaurant settings. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate. Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cash registers or POS systems. Excellent math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
