BARTENDER – MAX’S SWING LOUNGE

Join the Max Hospitality Team! Max’s Swing Lounge located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking a guest-focused and energetic Bartender with open availability to work full-time and/or part-time. Responsibilities:

Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages Deliver polished and personable service to guests at both Max’s Tavern and Swing Lounge Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality Accurately handle cash and credit transactions Check identification and ensure responsible alcohol service Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support seamless operations Contribute to private events and activations in Swing Lounge as needed

What We’re Looking For Experience:

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale-casual or high-volume restaurant is

REQUIRED

Familiarity with classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine is essential Experience in entertainment venues, lounges, or event-based environments is a plus TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
