As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized. Your ability to engage with customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed, including preparing drink stations. Stay informed about drink trends, new products, and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Comply with all food handling regulations and safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with food handling practices.
