Bartender/Manager Freepoint Hotel Cambridge 220 Alewife Brook Parkway, Cambridge, MA 02138 Bartender/Server Established year-round hotel and restaurant is searching for a bartender/ manager. Must be energetic, professional, and knowledgeable about a wide variety of cocktail recipes. The bartender is responsible for serving patrons at the bar and the seating area attached to the bar, monitoring the cash drawer, stocking, and maintaining a high level of company standards. This position has the opportunity for manager of the bar and small restaurant kitchen. Inventory, ordering experience a must. And comes with all the benefits of being a Hilton employee. Health insurance benefits available after 90 days. Responsibility and Standards Deliver a consistently high level of customer service. Keep bar and surrounding area clean in accordance with company guidelines and local health department guidelines. Maintain an accurate cash drawer and account for all discrepancies in the final drawer tally. Mix all drinks based on serving size and legal regulations. Be able to multi task and work in a fast and effective manner. Qualifications High School diploma/GED required. 1+ years of bartending or server experience. Must be able to lift 20 lbs and stay on feet for 8 hours. Pass a background check. • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
