The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be crucial in delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Assist in food service as needed, ensuring that all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu offerings. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as necessary. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations in a restaurant setting. Proficiency in using cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers. Familiarity with brewing techniques or craft cocktails is a plus but not mandatory.
