Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering services. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while serving drinks and handling food items. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
