• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed

• Skills:

• Experience in bartending and mixing drinks
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
