Job Summary:

The Host oversees the customer flow in the dining room ensuring a positive guest experience. The Hostess ensures the guests feel welcomed and that every guest who leaves the Mick’s All American Pub is satisfied.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Ensures positive guest experience in the dining room. Responds to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
  • Performs the following tasks for a positive dining experience: greeting and farewell, seating, wait list, pre-bussing, drink refills, etc.
  • Ensures that the dining area is always properly set and clean.
  • Fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations exceed customer expectations.
  • Complete all assigned opening, closing and side work during shift.
  • Assists and works with the management team to enhance the goals of Mick’s All American Pub on a daily basis.
Job Summary:

The Food Runner provides assistance to both the front & back of house staff by organizing orders in the pass, assisting with food order delivery, pre-bussing, bussing and resetting of dining room tables and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining room and ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests of the Mick’s All American Pub.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Responsible to keep the dining room clean before, during and after the dining experience.
  • Perform the following tasks: carry trays, clear and set tables properly, assists servers, bartenders and management in carrying food, beverages and storage items.
  • Properly complete opening, closing and running side work as assigned.
Job Summary:

The Server provides exceptional service to the Mick’s All American Pub guests by creating as customer focused environment that exceeds guests’ expectations.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Ensure positive guest experience in the dining room, adhering to Mick’s service cycle standards.
  • Practice “full hands in, full hands out” mentality and take time to help out your teammates whenever possible, to include prebussing.
  • Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
  • Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
  • Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Perform the following tasks through effective communication: describing specials, food and beverage ordering and suggestive selling.
  • Responsible for shift duties set-up, stocking, cleaning/side work and closing procedures.
  • Demonstrate positive teamwork with all staff members.
  • Responsible for timely pick-up and delivery of food and beverage orders.
  • Accountable for correct completion of all final payment transactions for the guest check, verified by management at the end of each shift.
Job Summary:

The Bartender provides exceptional service to the guests for the duration of the visit by attentive and detail-oriented procedures that exceed the guest’s satisfaction. This position is also responsible to assume the roll of floor manager when one is not on their shift and ultimately responsible for all table touches and guest experience.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Perform as a professional and personal bartender with experienced serving and bartending skills.
  • Ensure positive guest experience in the dining room and bar. Assume the role of floor manager, and all of their responsibilities, when one is not scheduled.
  • Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
  • Responsible for shift duties set-up, stocking and closing procedures.
  • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
  • Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining and bar experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service.
  • Monitor the level of intoxication of all guests and refuse service to visually intoxicated patrons.
  • Take appropriate action any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
  • Perform the following tasks through effective communication: describing specials, food and beverage ordering and suggestive selling.
  • Accountable for proper clearing procedures and marking the table according to policy.
  • Demonstrate positive teamwork with all staff members.
  • Accountable for correct completion of all final payment transaction for the guest check.

$10.00 – $25.00 per hour
