Assistant Bar Manager/Bartender Sand Springs Country Club Drums, PA 18222 Sand Springs Country Club is looking for an Assistant Bar Manager/Bartender to join our growing team! Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Bar Manager in scheduling, training, & management of staff
- Assisting Bar Manager in ordering of bar supplies
- Assisting in creation of drink specials and way to increase profit and grow business
- Performing duties of a server/bartender as needed
- Assuring bar is always properly cleaned and stocked at start and end of shifts
- Assuring start and end of shift MOD lists are completed and tasks are properly fulfilled
- Assisting Bar Manager in resolving any customer service and/or staff issues as they arise
- Assisting Bar Manager in finding and booking live entertainment
- Ideal candidate is RAMP certified
- Schedule is flexible with some nights and weekends being a must
