As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of cleanliness will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, providing beverage service that aligns with the event’s theme. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates. Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests. Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus, as well as any catering experience that enhances service delivery.
